Cool place. Not crowded with interesting exhibition. Quite far away from the city center, but it worth it. They make nice excursions for children in prehistoric part.

Interesting museum with some good exhibits. Unfortunately, the labelling is poor. It is not just that there is no labelling in English (I can use google translate, no probs), but some items are not labelled and specifics are not provided (eg time period the item comes from). The rooms are very hot as there doesn't appear to be any aircon. Lady at the counter initially told me tickets were cash only, however, when I told her I had only 4 euro in cash (truth), she produced a credit card machine, which worked fine. She did have to look up the instructions for use. I suspect they say cash only for convenience of desk staff.

Good breadth of Prehistoric, Oceanic, African, American coverage. Off the beaten path, has a good section on Iron age in Italy. There is a Siam exhibit opening up. Should be interesting.
